Best price for a two bedroom in the south county area without being super sketchy. No pool, fitness center, or laundry room but that helps keep the rent reasonable and there are full laundry hookups in unit. Property is well maintained and staff is polite. Maintenance is always helpful and works in a timely fashion. Have been here two years and renewed my lease for another year

Response to maintenance request was in a timely manner. As usual, the apartment manager called immediately to assess the situation. The problem was located and remedied quickly. I appreciate the fact that the apartment manager is dependable and promptly responds to concerns and issues.
